Ink Gin is a premium Australian dry gin crafted by Husk Distillers in the Northern Rivers of New South Wales. This 700ml bottle, with an ABV of 43%, is distilled using 13 organic botanicals, including traditional juniper berries and Australian natives such as lemon myrtle leaf, coriander seed, Tasmanian pepper berry, and freshly peeled sundried sweet orange peel. The defining character of Ink Gin comes from these botanicals, giving it a fresh piney, spicy, and citrusy aroma and flavor.

After distillation, a post-distillation infusion of butterfly pea flower petals is added, imparting a distinctive inky blue hue to the gin. This natural floral infusion is highly sensitive to pH changes; when mixed with tonic water, lime, or lemon, the color transforms dramatically from blue to blush pink, creating a visually captivating experience.
